Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. At LPT we also use browser local storage, which works similarly. In this document we refer to both as "cookies". 2. Cookies we use 2.1 Essential (no consent required) - Session and authentication: keep your account open after login. - Language preference: remember whether you chose Spanish, English or Portuguese. - UI preferences: e.g. whether you dismissed a banner or collapsed a panel. - Protection against attacks (CSRF, rate limiting). 2.2 Functional - Last room code used, to ease quick reconnection. - Download and installed broadcaster version state. 2.3 Analytics (cookieless, no individual profiling) We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that does not set cookies or store persistent identifiers on your device. Cloudflare receives aggregated counts of pageviews, countries, devices, browsers and referrers — without profiling individual users or cross-tracking across sessions. The data is processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure (US / global). We do NOT use Google Analytics, Mixpanel or advertising trackers. If we switch tools in the future, we will inform you in this policy before doing so. 2.4 Error diagnostics and security - Sentry (sentry.io): when a JavaScript error occurs in your browser, Sentry captures the stack trace so we can fix the bug. It may set temporary session cookies to correlate reports — no behavioral tracking. - Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com): when you complete the captcha on sign-in or sign-up, Cloudflare stores the verification token locally. Essential for the form; without it you cannot sign in. 2.5 Third-party - Stack Auth (stack-auth.com): our cloud identity provider sets httpOnly session cookies when you sign in at account.letsplaytogether.app. Essential to keep your session active. - FLOW (flow.cl): when you process a payment, the FLOW domain may set its own cookies inside its checkout iframe. Those cookies are governed by FLOW's privacy policy. 3. Managing cookies You can delete our cookies and local data from your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential ones will stop the Service from working (you will not be able to stay logged in). You can also close your account from the portal if you want all associated data removed. 4. Changes We may update this policy if we introduce new cookies or change existing ones. We will publish the new version with an updated date. 5. Contact For questions write to privacy@letsplaytogether.app.
